Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Full Spectrum Light Therapy, we reserve appointment times specifically for each client. We value your time and ask that you respect the time reserved for your session and our staff.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent prior to your scheduled appointment. While we make every effort to provide reminders, it remains the client’s responsibility to attend or cancel their appointment as needed.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise, and we appreciate open communication regarding scheduling changes.
New Client Promotional Session Policy
Our New Client Promotional Session is a one-time introductory offer and is limited to one use per person.
If a client books an appointment using the New Client Promotional Session and fails to attend the scheduled appointment without notice, the promotional session is considered redeemed and forfeited. The promotional offer cannot be refunded, transferred, reissued, or used toward a future appointment.
No-Show Fee
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“No-Show”) will be charged a $20 No-Show Fee. This fee helps offset staffing and scheduling costs associated with reserving appointment times.
The No-Show Fee may be charged to the payment method provided at booking or may be required before future appointments can be scheduled.
Repeated Missed Appointments
Full Spectrum Light Therapy reserves the right to require prepayment, limit online scheduling privileges, or decline future appointment requests from clients who repeatedly fail to attend scheduled appointments.
Policy Acknowledgment
By scheduling an appointment with Full Spectrum Light Therapy, whether online, by phone, or in person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
Full Spectrum Light Therapy, LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The most current version will be available on our website and at our facility.
As a courtesy, management may waive one No-Show Fee at its sole discretion. Future missed appointments will be subject to the standard policy.
